Our IT Organizational Performance Model - what we have that nobody else has:

It's a proprietary detailed model accounting for every factor - we've inventoried 150 of them - responsible for driving IT organizational performance.

All factors, not just a one-dimensional view

Our model includes all five dimensions of success:
  • Employees and the skills and knowledge they apply to their work.
  • IT processes, practices, procedures and methodologies.
  • The tools and technologies used by employees to work effectively through the processes, practices, procedures and methodologies.
  • Organizational structure, including reporting relationships, allocation of responsibilities, and corporate policies.
  • Business culture - the learned responses employees commonly exhibit when faced with typical situations.

Academic? Hardly.

We use the model to tie symptoms to root causes in an organized, provable way.

It doesn't stop there, because we've also determined which of the organizational performance factors CIOs can personally influence. There are 29 of them, which we call "Key Leverage Points." By connecting root causes to your key leverage points we're able to help you develop a personal plan of action to drive performance improvement wherever it's needed in your organization.
